Neurology Physician

We are seeking a Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through afully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complexneurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team-including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators-toprovide coordinated, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a clinical leader, supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring compliance with clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation & Benefits: $260,000- $276,000 plus full benefits

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited
  
  Neurology residency
• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibilitypreferred
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
• Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
• Strong clinical expertise incognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication skills across virtual patient, family, and team interactions
• Commitment to empathetic,patient-centered care and continuous professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
• Prior experience supervising
  
  APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
• Familiarity withamyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging treatments for Alzheimer'sdisease
• Experience working withinintegrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
