Medical City Arlington is seeking a full‑time, board‑certified Obgyn to join a high‑performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. • 24‑hour shifts
• No on‑call duties

• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on‑site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration
• First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians

• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies
