Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M. Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Experience:
Minimum 1 year post-training outpatient geriatric care Pay & Benefits Pay:
Competitive hourly rate ($1.00/hour as specified in available data, but actual pay discussed upon application) Additional Benefits:
Pay package discussed upon application; comprehensive benefits package What You ll Do Provide outpatient geriatric evaluations and management of chronic, complex conditions Deliver preventive care tailored to senior health needs Manage medication plans and disease management strategies Coordinate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Document clinical encounters using Epic EMR Participate in after-hours and weekend call coverage approximately one week per year Support patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention What You Need Active Medical License in Texas (or eligible for licensure) Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, preferably with geriatrics Strong skills in chronic disease management and preventive care Comfortable managing a broad scope of geriatric health issues Excellent communication and documentation skills About the Assignment This outpatient practice located in Dallas specializes in caring for geriatric patients, focusing on managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and improving quality of life for seniors.
