Practice Info

• Practice across several of North Texas's premier hospitals and ASCs in Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties
• Group includes 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs
• Wide range of surgical cases and ASA classifications, including Obstetrics
• No Cardiac cases performed
• Care Team model is limited to one site, with most practice being solo

Compensation

• 8-hour shifts, five days/week: $400,000/year
• 10-hour Shifts, four days per week: $400,000/year
• 12-hour Shifts, three days per week: $360,000/year
• Full Call Non-Partnership Tracks: $525,000/year
• Two 24 Hour In House Shifts/Week: $500,000/year
• Shifts that include call from home weekdays or weekends are customized and priced accordingly, with call risk increasing compensation
