Job Description
Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional hematology and oncology care in a hospital setting. This locum tenens position requires board certification in both specialties and offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule. Located in California, you'll be near major airports and various accommodations.
Key Details- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
- Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Population: Adult
- Location: California
- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates
- Weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
- Flexible scheduling
- Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in both hematology and oncology.
- Manage and oversee 13 chemotherapy and 8 exam beds.
- Conduct approximately 25 patient encounters per shift.
- Board certified in both hematology and oncology.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Completion of a relevant fellowship in hematology and oncology.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Strong diagnostic skills in hematology and oncology.
- Excellent communication with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently.
