Anesthesiologist Position in Dallas, TX

Highly successful physician-provider private anesthesia practice seeks multiple BE/BC Anesthesiologists to join rapidly growing team in Dallas, TX serving DFW’s premier cardiovascular surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthro‑spine surgeons.

• Specializing in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, EP, ENT, Bariatric, and General Surgical anesthesia welcome.
• Cases include vascular, general, EP, spine, cardiac and neuro. Candidate can do mostly cardiac cases or a mixture of case types.
• Partnership (3 years) and associate tracks available for non‑cardiac and cardiac anesthesiologists.
• All Calls are home calls
  , about 2 weekday calls per month, and 7‑8 weekend calls per year. Call people usually finish around 7‑8 pm.
• 37 anesthesiologists and actively growing.
• Physicians only. No CRNA and no care team.
• No Trauma and No OB.
• Multiple facilities located in Dallas, Plano, and Richardson. Usually work in one facility in any given day.

• Base Salary $525,000‑600,000 W‑2 plus Benefits.
• Sign on bonus of $25K.
• Opportunity to make extra money if work past 5pm when not on call on weekdays.
