What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct engaging reading workshops that build essential skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Create inspiring sessions tailored to ignite children's passion for reading
- Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and derive meaningful insights for student progress
- Work alongside tech experts to assess and improve AI literacy tools
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or similar credentials)
- Have at least 2 years of experience in conducting small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Expert in evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and crafting personalized instruction without relying on pre‑made curricula
- Proficient in using AI/adaptive learning tools and skilled at responding to student interactions within them
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
