We exist to Proclaim Christ and pursue Him together, and we are seeking a Part-Time College Pastor who shares this passion and desires to shepherd college students toward deeper discipleship and Christlike maturity. Our ministry includes a group of about 15-20 college students who gather weekly for worship, study, fellowship, and servant leadership.
Responsibilities- Teach and lead weekly gatherings (Bible studies, leaders training, fellowship
nights, and activities). - Build a gospel-centered environment where students grow spiritually and
relationally. - Collaborate with student leaders to plan and execute semester schedules.
- Attend Sunday service regularly as part of the pastoral staff of the Korean Young Nak Presbyterian Church of Dallas.
- Connect and follow up with students on Sundays.
- Option to preach once a month.
- Meet with students outside of programs for pastoral care, discipleship, and
mentorship. - Guide students apply biblical truth to academics, relationships, and daily life.
- Train and mentor college student leaders in character, competence, and
commitment. - Provide guidance and structure for serving within the ministry.
- Collaborate with the Lead EM Pastor to plan retreats, outreach, events, and
semester goals. - Communicate ministry updates clearly and consistently.
- A growing, Christ-centered life marked by humility, integrity, and teachability.
- Passion for college ministry and shepherding college students.
- Commitment to relational discipleship beyond structured programs.
- Ability to teach Scripture faithfully and engagingly.
- Alignment with KAPC’s theology and beliefs.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Seminary graduate or currently enrolled student of an accredited seminary (reformed preferred).
- Prior ministry or discipleship leadership experience preferred.
- Relational, dependable, and able to connect well with diverse college students.
$1,500/month
