We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Electrical Linesman Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction to students pursuing careers as electrical linesmen. You will utilize your expertise to teach safety protocols, technical skills, and industry best practices while motivating students to excel in their training.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum for electrical linesman training programs.
  • Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions.
  • Instruct students on safety protocols, electrical theory, equipment usage, and maintenance.
  • Assess student performance through examinations, practical evaluations, and projects.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance curriculum and training methods.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols during training.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid electrical linesman certification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an electrical linesman or in a related field.
  • Previous teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in using technology and educational software for instructional purposes.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Compensation and Schedule

Pay:
Commensurate for Experience
