Educational Consultant, Alpha

Salary: $150,000 per year ($75/hr) paid weekly with full health benefits, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth, and relocation assistance. Locations:
Atlanta, GA;

Job Overview

Alpha is reimagining education and seeks a visionary leader to develop and guide high‑performing teams of Guides who deliver our adaptive learning model to students aged 5‑18. The role offers independence, resources, and a chance to shape the future of education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, train, and coach a team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with high quality.
  • Create Guide Playbooks outlining facilitation best practices, engaging learning experiences, and solutions to common obstacles.
  • Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
  • Mentor a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
  • Build operational playbooks and feedback systems to support Guides’ daily work.

  • Creating lesson plans – Guides handle lesson delivery.
  • Compromising standards – Maintaining a 100% passing threshold.
  • Conducting dull training sessions – Focus on dynamic, experiential learning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Experience working directly with youth (ages 5‑18).
  • Competence in data analysis and metrics‑driven decision making.
  • Ability to work on‑site in specified locations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Employment Details

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, long‑term. Independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
