We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to work as Assistant Instructors in our Summer STEM programs. This is a seasonal position (4‑10 weeks) starting in June, in-room with children ages 6‑14. PAID training is provided and no formal experience is required.

• Conduct in-room lessons with children ages 6‑14
• Deliver STEM curriculum and baking activities
• Prepare lesson materials and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Assist lead instructors with instructional support and student assessment
• Participate in online training prior to the summer and complete any required certification

• Located within driving distance of one of our partner regions and have reliable transportation
• Experience with children in an educational setting preferred but not required
• Strong science or baking background with familiarity in experimentation, the scientific method, engineering concepts, creative thinking, and/or baking
• Available to start online training in May prior to the start of summer
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no work sponsorship or accommodations offered
• Must be available to work a minimum of 4 weeks, Monday through Friday
• Must love working with kids

• 18 years of age or older
• College students studying education, culinary arts, biology, chemistry, engineering, or other STEM related fields encouraged to apply
• Experience with kids in a formal or informal setting is a plus (babysitting, volunteering, coaching, tutoring, etc.)
• Rate: $13‑$15 per hour
