Summary

The Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs at the University of North Texas at Dallas provides comprehensive services that support students from recruitment through graduation. The division oversees key functions including Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Orientation & Transition Programs, Student Engagement, Counseling & Wellness, Disability Services, and other essential support units.

Position Overview

The Enrollment Management Communications Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs team, responsible for the strategic execution of prospective student engagement initiatives across digital platforms. This position will leverage the CRM (Target

X) and other digital tools to deliver timely, data‑driven communications, manage admissions‑related digital content, and support recruitment‑focused outreach strategies. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management, and a strong understanding of student recruitment lifecycle engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years of experience in communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Knowledge of University operating procedures, organization and policies (or ability to rapidly assimilate and retain)
  • Knowledge of business principles, practices, and techniques
  • Knowledge of electronic information systems and accounting systems
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively
  • Ability to keep complex records; to assemble and organize data of complex nature; and to prepare and submit reports in professional formats
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to act with considerable initiative
  • Knowledge of web site usability concepts, such as navigational aids, knowledge management, information rendering, etc.
  • Knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies and associated products, tools and equipment
  • Ability to effectively communicate messages through web graphic treatments and persuasive writing
