Join Our Team and Make a Lasting Impact on Young Lives at Vogel Alcove!

Are you ready to make a profound impact on the lives of children in need? Vogel Alcove, a leading nonprofit organization in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a passionate and experienced professional to fill the role of Partner Site Coordinator for our Vogel North site.

As the Partner Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the early childcare program at our North location, ensuring compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements, and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the center. Your mission is to support quality services that foster the social, physical, intellectual, developmental, and emotional growth of every child enrolled in the program.

This is a full‑time, exempt, on‑site role with compensation ranging from $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

What we Do:

Vogel Alcove is a well‑established nonprofit organization located in Dallas with a history spanning 40 years. Our core mission is to help young children and their families prevent and overcome the traumatic effects of homelessness and poverty. We do this through a comprehensive family stability program called Bridge to Hope.

Our North Partner site is unique. It is a partnership with Family Gateway, another nonprofit that operates the family shelter for homeless families in North Dallas. We partner to provide the early childhood program on the first floor of the shelter which includes an infant room, a toddler room, a preschool room, and a school‑age program. The families in the shelter are housed for approximately 90 days and then must leave the shelter, so the enrollment of children is changing weekly.
