The Senior Operations Training Manager is responsible for delivering high‑quality, consistent training experiences for the JETSET franchise network and supporting the ongoing development, refinement, and maintenance of the programs and resources behind them.

This role serves a dual purpose: creating dedicated ownership for the execution of franchisee‑facing Operations training while providing additional capacity to build, improve, and maintain the programs and resources that support those experiences.

The Senior Operations Training Manager will own the delivery of core Operations training programs hosted through the Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs), including Operational Readiness Training (ORT) and Franchise Business Orientation 2, while also leading and supporting additional RTSC workshops and development experiences for the franchise network as needed.

Beyond training delivery, this role is responsible for understanding and measuring the effectiveness of the programs within their scope. The Director of Operations Programs & Development will establish measures of success in partnership with the Senior Operations Training Manager, who will be responsible for evaluating program performance and participant feedback, identifying trends and opportunities, and regularly bringing forward findings, recommendations, and proposed next steps to the Director.

Between formal training sessions, this role will partner closely with the Director of Operations Programs & Development to strengthen existing programs, maintain training resources, incorporate learnings from live delivery, and support new franchisee‑facing learning initiatives as business needs evolve.

This is a highly collaborative and hands‑on role for someone who is equally comfortable facilitating in the room, evaluating the effectiveness of the experience behind the scenes, and using data and insights to help turn evolving business needs into scalable training solutions.

Own the preparation, delivery, follow‑up, and continuous improvement of core Operations training programs hosted through the RTSC, including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), FBO 2, and future franchisee‑facing Operations training programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee training readiness, including: materials, pre‑work, participant communications, and training content

• Facilitate and/or coordinate facilitation across each training experience

• Ensure training materials, presentations, facilitator resources, and supporting content remain current and accurate

• Ensure required pre‑work and training‑related participant communications are completed and updated as needed

• Track participant completion and required training follow‑up

• Collect and evaluate participant feedback

• Identify recurring questions, knowledge gaps, and trends from live training

• Translate feedback and facilitator observations into recommendations for program improvement

• Support ongoing updates to training experiences as systems, processes, standards, and business needs evolve
