Why did the customer contact us?Customer called DSS because their motion detector was not releasing the door.
Actions taken- Discovered the intercom was unplugged and plugged it back in.
- Programmed the exit request in the DSX system for the motion detector.
- Verified the doors were working after the adjustments.
