• The Claims Specialist is responsible for handling various claims related to construction projects.

• Analyzing Construction Documents:
  They review contracts, project documentation, and schedule to identify potential issues that could lead to claims.
• Conducting Investigations:
  Specialists investigate claims to gather necessary information and assess their validity based on contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• Preparing Reports:
  They prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for claim resolution.
• Negotiation and Mediation:
  They engage in negotiations with stakeholders to resolve disputes amicably and may also represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.
• Collaboration:
  
  They work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and legal teams to ensure effective claim management and resolution.

• Strong Knowledge of Construction Principles: A deep understanding of construction methods, processes, and industry regulations is essential.
