Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project serving data center load. As Project Services Manager you run the information backbone: document control, project data, systems and reporting, through to the handover of project records to operations.
What you get to do:- Own the project cost report, commitments and accruals.
- Drive cost forecasting and variance analysis.
- Evaluate and quantify the cost impact of each change request.
- Track contingency drawdown and trend the cost position.
- Review invoices and payment applications.
- Produce cost reporting for the project and executive team.
- 10+ years in cost control on large capital projects.
- 5+ years representing an owner or client over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
- Strong command of cost management systems and advanced Excel.
- Hands-on earned value and forecasting experience.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing contingency on a project above 1 billion dollars.
