Non-Exempt Summary Manages  the overall BIM process for projects, including strategy, implementation, and maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities May include any or all the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Developing BIM execution plans, setting BIM standards, training staff, and ensuring that BIM processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Works closely with project managers and other stakeholders.

Oversee the production of all working drawings.

Accountable for quality control, dimensional accuracy, plan coordination, and documentation.

Interacts throughout the project with the Project Engineer, Design Engineers, BIM/Revit Technicians, and Architect to develop the structural drawings in coordination with the plans and drawings created for the overall project.

Attend design meetings, discuss dimensional and coordination issues and develop drawings that are accurate and complete.

Meet or exceed the expectations and needs of all design and construction team members.

Manages BIM and Revit upgrades

Manage and oversee Revit template upgrades and standards applied

Troubleshoot issues that may arise.

Desired

Education and/or Experience Associates of Applied Science Degree Proficient with Revit Structure or Revit Architecture software

Working knowledge of construction methodology for common structural systems

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
