Job Description

Windows Server, Azure Architect and Administration, VMware, Hands‑on experience with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations – 60%.

Active Directory, VMware to Cloud Migration expertise & Automation (Power Shell / Ansible / Terraform), DNS and Group Policy management – 40%.

ITIL framework and good communication skills.

• Experience/knowledge on Citrix, Microsoft Entra , SCCM
• Azure VDI and AWS work spaces
• Expertise and Architect in Windows Server Administration, VMware, Azure Architect and Administration, Citrix and Active Directory

• Design and architect domain consolidation projects, Cloud Virtual Machines landscape and Landing zones.
• Design and architect a global Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations.
• Design and architect VMware solutioning and handle on‑prem to cloud migration projects.
• SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting.
• Install, manage, configure and decommission all Azure IaaS components including Compute, storage, network, cloud cost management.
• Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, virtual switches and data stores.
• Collaborate with architects, internal departments and vendor partners to deliver the solution on Cloud/VMware/Windows Servers.
• Experience in DC Ops, data rooms and hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA.
• Manage VMware (or Hyper‑V) cluster, HA, FT and DRS, DR using VMware SRM.
• Perform snapshots, cloning, cold migrations and hot migrations, patch management activities.
• Automation using Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Plan and execute Active Directory domain level upgrades.
• Plan and design Group Policy Objects to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, ADFS and password/identity management systems.

• Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machines and landing zones.
• Experience in designing and architecting global Active Directory infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of VMware solutioning and on‑prem to cloud migration projects.
• SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with Azure IaaS, Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, virtual switches, data stores, cluster HA and DR.
• Automation experience using Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, password/identity management.
