- Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
- Related local experience preferred.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. is a strong plus)
- P.E. in Texas (DOT & municipal experience a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in engineering design
- Excellent skill in use of current versions of Microstation and/or AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point) skill
- Sound technical design background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great client service capability is a must, as are technical specializations and proactivity
