Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related discipline, strong understanding of surface chemistry, thermodynamics, and kinetics, experience with surface coating and thermal processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualities include experience with corrosion or coating processes, hands‑on experience with furnaces or coating systems, proven ability to lead technical development projects, strong analytical skills with Python, MATLAB, or other tools, and a proactive, curious mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex technical challenges in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a mission‑driven industrial business backed by significant investment and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced U.S. manufacturing and sustainable technology.
