The goal of our PECD program is to develop our people into company leaders. Through a competency-based approach and individual mentorship, Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire – project management, estimating, construction management and more.
About The TeamVSL Dallas’s office is located in Fort Worth, TX and is primarily an in‑office position. While our Project Engineers are mostly situated in Dallas, the branch has work spanning throughout the country. Dallas’s primary market is post‑tensioning solutions, with an emphasis on strengthening and repairing parking structures and heavy civil bridge work. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
- Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
- A minimum of one relevant internship experience
- The ability and eagerness to travel 30-50% of the year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Reliable transportation from the office to job‑sites
