• Perform complex electronic, mechanical, and technical tasks including construction, repair, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of microwave systems, electro-mechanical devices, and other related equipment.
• Interpret and work from engineering schematics, wiring diagrams, and written or verbal instructions.
• Conduct functional testing and diagnostics on RF and digital systems.
• Lead small teams in equipment installation and testing at remote sites.
• Operate specialized electronic and mechanical tools and instruments required for assembly, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Identify and recommend design or process improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Define procedures and determine sequences for constructing, testing, troubleshooting, and modifying electronic/mechanical products.
• Utilize basic computer systems, including Microsoft Windows OS, Linux, PLCs, and software installations;
  AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract work.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Associate degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent training with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Preferred candidates will have an in-depth understanding of the instruments and equipment:
  Capacitors/test procedures/lead-free soldering/spectrum analyzers.
