- Consistently communicate with the involved parties and create reports on the progress.
- Make high-level contributions to the project.
- Manage the software and hardware development process within the project.
- Directly manage the project team of engineers, managing projects through a hybrid approach of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
- Record and communicate necessary activities, including preparation, execution, and recording of meetings, presentations, and gatherings concerning assigned projects.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a team leader/project manager in a technical product development environment, developing agricultural machinery such as tractors or implements, or experience in developing vehicle automation or autonomous.
- Completed higher education like a bachelor's degree in for example a mechanical engineering or technical agricultural direction.
- Experience with project management tools and project reporting (Jira is a plus).
- Experience in working with international and remote teams.
