The Senior Civil Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. This role involves overseeing civil engineering projects, including design and planning, with a focus on stormwater management and other infrastructure systems. Responsibilities include leading project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with clients to deliver efficient and innovative solutions. The Senior Civil Engineer will also mentor junior staff and manage project timelines and budgets to achieve successful outcomes.

• Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
• Experience in planning and managing large‑scale engineering projects
• Proficiency in Stormwater Management and related infrastructure solutions
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with current engineering software and technology
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus
