Overview
Immediate Hiring Need for a
Systems Controls Field Service Engineer
$110-150K
We are looking to add multiple Systems Controls Field Service Engineers to our growing team. If you have strong PLC knowledge with Allen Bradley platforms and the ability to set up and troubleshoot servo systems with advanced motion control technology, we would like to talk to you about this opportunity. We have an opportunity available with a world class company in Industrial Automation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in PLC knowledge with Allen Bradley platforms including some programming
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and panel wiring
- HMI programming, configuring, and operating for industrial automation systems
- Programming safety-related control systems
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to complete maintenance activities
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of electrical work within an industrial, manufacturing, or military setting
- 3+ years of troubleshooting PLCs
- Ability to read electrical schematics, complex electrical diagrams, and blueprints
- Troubleshooting single and three-phase electrical systems up to 480 Volts
- Ability to travel to customer sites including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Strong commitment to safety, adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- 75-80% travel, which may involve working two weekends per month and frequent last-minute dispatches due to the nature of the industry
- Opportunities for overseas work, averaging around 10% per year
Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Experience in the packaging industry
- Experience with line controls and managing production lines in an industrial setting
- Military Experience
