DailyResponsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met
- Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and general repairs as needed
- Perform inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulations
- Collaborate with engineering team to provide input on quality control measures
- Strong background in construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and estimation
- Experience with electrical systems and distribution
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to conduct thorough quality control inspections
- Experience with drug testing and background checks
- Certification in preventive maintenance and long-term disability
- Previous work in engineering or reimbursement processes
