This is a full-time on-site Environmental Specialist role based in Dallas, TX. The Environmental Specialist will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance with environmental policies, and implementing compliance initiatives. This role will require preparing environmental reports, LDAR program management, and supporting air permitting efforts. The specialist will also engage in effective communication with stakeholders to ensure environmental objectives are met.

• Proficiency in Environmental Compliance practices and demonstrated understanding of Environmental Science
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy regulations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining environmental standards
• Relevant certifications or training in environmental studies or compliance processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or related field preferred
• 2-4 year minimum experience in the oil and gas industry or related environmental services required
