BIM Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated BIM Specialist to join our Wayfinding discipline team. In this role, you will assist in developing the discipline model. You will be responsible for creating systems, content, and the overall digital delivery output for the Wayfinding Studio.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Wayfinding discipline under direct supervision of a Wayfinding Studio team member.
Assist in the development of the discipline model with guidance from the Wayfinding Studio team.
Contribute to the creation of the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
Accurately model BIM elements within the spatial constraints of the modeling environment using current 3D software.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using the latest 3D software.
Maintain the discipline model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, and sheets.
Produce Wayfinding discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations on all modeling outputs.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
Technical qualification in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational traits.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
Experience with AutoCAD, architecture, MEP, construction, design, and project coordination.
Experience in construction documentation.
Qualifications in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Architecture, and Wayfinding.
Hybrid in Dallas, TX
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
