Test Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to support HVAC system and motor testing in our application laboratory. The role includes HVAC test operations, motor teardown, data reporting, equipment management, and logistics support.

• Install, operate, and test HVAC units (airflow tests on hooks platform, psychrometric chamber tests).
• Perform motor teardown, failure analysis, dynamometer testing, and electrical parameter measurements.
• Collect, organize, and report test data using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate facility upkeep.
• Handle logistics for domestic and international shipments (U.S.–China).

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of HVAC experience in the U.S.
• Familiar with HVAC test equipment and basic electrical measurements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong teamwork and communication skills.
