Overview

We are seeking talented I&C Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to principal engineers. - Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables:
Produce precise and error‑free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations. - Set the Standard:
Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements, adhering to processes that guarantee excellence. - Stay on the Cutting Edge:
Continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques. - Drive Quality & Precision:
Deliver exceptional engineering solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs. - Cultivate Strong Client Connections:
Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement. - Collaborate for Success:
Partner seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well‑rounded designs. - Be Active in the Field:
Perform on‑site plant walkdowns and ensure all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards.
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems.
- Experience in one of the preferred industries: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical, pulp & paper), energy, or DOE projects.
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Some roles may involve work on federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship.
- Senior Engineers: typically 7 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.
- Principal Engineers: typically 10 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.
- Early‑talent candidates: we will transfer information to our Early Talent team or direct you to Early Talent Opportunities.
USD $90,000.00 - USD $ /Yr.
