• Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables:
  Produce precise and error‑free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Set the Standard:
  Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements, adhering to processes that guarantee excellence.
• Stay on the Cutting Edge:
  Continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques.
• Drive Quality & Precision:
  Deliver exceptional engineering solutions aligned with rigorous quality assurance programs.
• Cultivate Strong Client Connections:
  Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Collaborate for Success:
  Partner seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well‑rounded designs.
• Be Active in the Field:
  Perform on‑site plant walkdowns and ensure all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards.

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems.
• Experience in one of the preferred industries: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical, pulp & paper), energy, or DOE projects.
• Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Some roles may involve work on federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Senior Engineers: typically 7 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.
• Principal Engineers: typically 10 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.
