We’re hiring a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Dallas, TX to lead takeoffs and pricing for large commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

Deliver accurate, competitive estimates for high-value jobs

Help win complex projects across healthcare, education, tech, and more

Support preconstruction with clear, detailed cost data

Be a go-to expert for estimating mechanical scopes

• Perform takeoffs using software like Fast Pipe, Fast Duct, Trimble, or Auto Bid
• Review drawings and specs to scope HVAC, piping, and plumbing
• Price large mechanical projects ($5M–$50M) across commercial sectors
• Coordinate with project teams on bid strategy and handoff
• Track budgets, proposals, and estimating data
• Assist with value engineering and proposal reviews

• Local to Dallas with a solid, stable work history
• 5+ years of commercial mechanical estimating experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Proficient with takeoff tools (Fast Pipe, Quick Pen, Trimble, etc.)
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field experience

• Experience with large projects : hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, arenas, fabs
• Familiar with Viewpoint, Maxwell, or similar estimating platforms
• Past hands-on field experience (duct, piping, or plumbing)
