Réalis! We are seeking an Senior Architect to join our growing teams in Denver, CO, Tampa, FL, and Austin, Tx, Atlanta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX , Washington, DC, and Miami, FL. Under limited supervision applies technical proficiency to solutions for architectural problems and the coordination of related project activities. The successful candidate will be able to work with all levels of staff within the firm and will take initiative to develop research and design and implement projects from start to finish.

The position also supports Business Development and presentation efforts in securing and advancing new projects.

How will you contribute to the team?

Ability to provide superior architectural team leadership, interact with senior management and play a decisive role in project pursuits.

Ability to make timely design and technical decisions in a collaborative manner while seeking advice of peers and supervisors.

Ability to present oneself professionally to clients as well as maintain a ‘seller-doer’ approach. Ability to routinely interface with clients and keep client properly informed.

Ability to perform programming, planning and other conceptual design activities.

Develop designs and sketches to be input into Revit-based construction documents as well as direct a project team to do the same.

Demonstrated past ability to lead production of project documents through all stages of design and construction.

Ability to mentor junior staff and lead a project team to produce a complete set of construction documents. Ability to perform QC review for design & red‑line documents for production staff in Blue Beam or using another digital format.

Ability to coordinate with sub‑consultants and other disciplines and mentor junior staff to do the same.

Ability to perform QC review and contribute needed information to a specification writer.

Ability to create organized Exhibits in Blue Beam and PowerPoint for client and team review.

Ability to direct & perform (if required) site observation and field work including site investigations, existing facility inventory and field measured documentation.

Provide Project Managers with status reports of progress on architectural documents.

Ability to complete assignments efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. and self‑perform quality control on work prior to publication.

Communicate regularly with the team and stay within the hours budgeted for tasks assigned.

Ability to maintain and coordinate project BIM model and strong knowledge in construction document standards and conventions.

Advanced knowledge of building codes, ADAAG, FEDERAL and STATE compliance requirements and have experience with code reviews processes.

Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and achieve a consensus.
