We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage complex surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local and international standards.

• Lead and coordinate surveying teams on various large‑scale development and infrastructure projects
• Conduct precise land measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
• Analyze survey data, prepare detailed reports, and create accurate maps and plans using specialized software
• Ensure compliance with UAE land laws, regulations, and international surveying standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying input
• Oversee quality control processes and implement best practices in surveying methodologies
• Mentor and train junior surveyors, fostering their professional development
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Troubleshoot complex surveying issues and develop innovative solutions
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry trends
• Integrate surveying data with Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems
• Utilize 3D laser scanning and drone surveying technologies for enhanced data collection

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on large-scale projects and complex terrain
• Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment, including GPS, Total Station, and 3D laser scanners
• Expert knowledge of surveying software, including AutoCAD, GIS, and BIM integration tools
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Valid UAE Driving License
