Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Environmental Project Manager:

* Provide technical oversight and perform project work.

* Write and review technical reports and proposals.

* Assist with project management activities.

* Mentor and train scientific staff and supervise work.

* Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for:

* BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field.

* 5-7 years of experience with environmental services including site investigation and characterization, including drilling and environmental multi-media sampling techniques and procedures, data interpretation and evaluation.

* Experience in the preparation of technical and regulatory reports, proposals and cost estimates.

* Working knowledge of applicable Texas laws and regulations.

* Perform task and project management assignments associated with environmental assessments, subsurface investigations and remedial designs, remediation, and monitoring projects.

* Project deliverables, including the preparation of soil boring logs, well construction diagrams, potentiometric surface maps, geologic cross sections, site sample and plume maps, work plans, and reports.

* Experience interacting with clients and managing subcontractors. Ability to mentor and train staff

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and within groups.

* 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
