Position will include high level of client development and management, supported by our Texas offices.

- Participation in the evaluation, planning, and design of water, wastewater, stormwater, reuse, and infrastructure projects
- Participation in a project team from the initial study and conceptual design stages through to the construction of major water related infrastructure projects
- Fieldwork and site visits from design through construction may be required
- Other responsibilities may include:
- Project management of a large project or several small projects
- Client development and management supported by our local offices
- Planning, organizing, and supervising staff of engineers on projects
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering
- PE license
- Strong interest in the water/wastewater industry
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, design, or construction of water-related projects
- Experience related to preparing conceptual/feasibility studies, development of construction drawings and specifications, bidding assistance, and support of office and field-related construction services
- Familiarity with engineering and construction management software
- Capable of supervising staff and managing projects
- Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in environmental, civil or mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in GIS, CAD/BIM, Bio Win, Power
BI, and databases
