Corporate Compliance Office

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Engineering and Safety Compliance Officer to help them ensure that their products, processes, and systems meet the highest technical, regulatory, and safety standards at their Dallas, TX office.

Your Day Includes

• Develop, train, and implement corporate and field compliance programs to meet legal and industry requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of engineering processes and products to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Investigate and resolve technical compliance issues, recommending process or product modifications as needed.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including test results, compliance reports, and certifications.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, keeping the company informed on emerging regulations and safety standards.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Master's preferred) with current Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credentials.
• 15-20 years of experience in corporate health and safety programs related to architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
