Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades.

Mission Critical electrical power distribution system project estimating experience (generators, switch gear, UPS, PDU, STS)

5+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation, project controls, or electrical infrastructure.

Conduct cost control, budget tracking, and forecasting throughout project life cycles.

Use tools such as Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Excel to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power project estimating, with a strong electrical focus.

Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
