Senior Systems Architect and Design Engineer TS​/SCI Clearance Security Clearance

Position: Senior Systems Architect and Design Engineer TS/SCI Clearance with Security Clearance
Looking for someone that is interested in a 6+ month contract assignment on-site. Must have a current/active TS/SCI Clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation for Missile Defense

• Using DoDAF formats, develop and document optional C2 architectural approaches

• Contribute to technical implementation of DMRA Data Mesh services architecture (15 core services)

• Create multi-domain integration designs across 8 operational domains (air, space, maritime, land, cyber, subsurface, EM, information)

• Produce Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and API specifications for system interoperability
**** Required Experience, Qualifications, and

Skills:

* • B.S. Degree in an Engineering field, Mathematics, or Physics
• 10+ years of experience in missile defense or Command and Control / Battle Management system development or integration
• DoD Architecture Frameworks:
DoDAF 2.0, MODAF, systems engineering lifecycle (SEL)
• C4

ISR Systems:
Track correlation, sensor fusion, fire control integration, battle management
• Data Architecture:
Data mesh patterns, federated governance, microservices, event-driven architectures

* • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches to DoD systems
• Knowledgeable of F2T2EA
kill chain phases (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) with focus on sensor fusion and data correlation
• Experience with companies like Lockheed Martin and/or Northrup Grumman military defense platforms
• Cross-domain solutions (CDS) for security, multi-level security (MLS), Zero Trust architecture
• Knowledgeable of CMOSS, SOSA, FACE, OMS/UCI, STANAG compliance
• Experience with JADC2 or ABMS programs
• Knowledge of AEGIS, THAAD, or Patriot systems
• Understanding of DDIL operations and coalition interoperability
• Background in AI/ML integration for defense applications o

Experience with Maven or Lattice frameworks
