Texas Instruments is seeking highly motivated Applications Engineers to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) during your first year, you'll receive professional and technical training to accelerate your growth and set you up for long-term success. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities to solve complex technical challenges from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Promote TI products and deliver technical solutions to customers across industries including consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, and more.
- Engage with customers both virtually and in person to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and define product opportunities.
- Work within an applications team to gain deep product knowledge, learn positioning strategies, and solve system-level problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Systems & Digital Marketing to broaden expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Bio-Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
- Knowledge of analog circuitry including op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, and sensing.
- Programming skills in C/C++ (Lab View recommended).
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering, and debugging.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time efficiently.
