MN8 Energy, Inc. seeks an Operations Engineering Lead to drive retrofit projects, reliability improvements, and complex maintenance across solar and storage assets. You will manage root-cause analyses, coordinate with O&M, AM, and Owners Engineers, and push for performance-driven design modifications.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar engineering, with strong electrical power systems knowledge and field experience. A BS in Electrical Engineering is required, with a Masters preferred.
