STV is seeking a Market Sector Lead - Water Resources Engineer for our Water Practice Group in Houston or Dallas, Texas. You will lead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, manage flood-risk projects, and mentor junior staff while growing client relationships.
You will coordinate with regional and national teams, develop proposals, and pursue new water resources opportunities in targeted markets. A PE license and a strong track record are required.
