Civil Engineer PE - Land Development & Municipal Projects; Texas

A respected Texas civil engineering consulting firm is hiring a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to lead design work on land development, municipal, and infrastructure projects. You'll own projects from start to finish, work directly with clients, and have a real say in how the work gets done. This is a permanent role with a firm that has steady project flow and a clear path into project management.

• Lead civil site design, including grading, paving, drainage, and utility layouts
• Prepare and seal construction documents, plans, specifications, and engineering reports
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables on several projects at once
• Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and municipal reviewers through permitting and approvals
• Mentor EITs and designers and review their work for quality and accuracy
• Support proposals, scopes of work, and client development

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Texas PE license, or the ability to get Texas licensure by comity quickly
• 5+ years of civil design experience at a consulting firm
• Working knowledge of Texas municipal and county design criteria
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and agencies
