Project Manager; Mission Critical

The firm has grown quickly within the mission critical and hyperscale data center market and is now investing heavily in its next stage of expansion. They're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects and build strong client relationships as the local team grows.

• Manage MEP projects across the mission critical and data center market
• Take ownership of project scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other design disciplines
• Lead projects from design through construction and closeout
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout delivery
• Review designs, RFIs, submittals and construction documentation
• Identify project risks and resolve technical or delivery issues
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal engineering teams
• Support proposals and business development as the Dallas office expands

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 5+ years of engineering or project management experience
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and project delivery
• Mission critical or data center experience is preferred
• Industrial or similarly complex project experience will also be considered
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• PMP or PE certification would be an advantage
