REQUIREMENTS
- Successful candidates must have solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required.
- Prior patent prosecution experience preferred.
- USPTO registration number preferred.
- Previous 4G/5G telecommunications with industry standards experience is required.
