Casting Stimulation Engineer

We are looking for a Casting Simulation Engineer with strong knowledge of foundry processes, CAD modelling, and casting simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Sand Casting, Die Casting, and Investment Casting.
• Understanding of gating, riser design, feeding principles, and casting defects.
• Prepare CAD models for casting simulation.
• Demonstrate Win Cast software and provide technical support to customers.
• Handle customer queries, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the German technical team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Foundry / Production Engineering.
• 2+ years of practical foundry industry experience.
• Knowledge of Solid Works, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent CAD tools.
• Casting simulation software experience is an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills;
  Tamil is desirable.
• Interest in technical sales and customer engagement.
