The Lumber Manufactory, Inc. is hiring a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and continuously improve mill operations across sawmills, planer mills, and engineered wood facilities.
You will own material flow from log intake through finished goods, specify equipment, and partner with production, maintenance, and capital projects to drive modernization. Travel is substantial (25–50%), initially at our Mississippi mills with expansion to other US locations.
