What You'll Do Duties and Responsibilities Leasing- Greet prospects, qualify by covering all criteria, and document interactions.
- Maintain electronic guest cards and follow up per procedures.
- Inspect models, communicate service needs to the Property Manager.
- Demonstrate community features and close the sale.
- Provide quotes, guide online applications, disclose fees/requirements.
- Process applications, submit to Community Manager, follow up.
- Ensure apartments are ready for move‑in; manage open/closed prospects.
- Provide Welcome Letter and Move‑In Instructions; sign lease electronically.
- Assist with renewal notices and monitor advertising effectiveness.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Accept rental payments and report to the Assistant Community Manager.
- Type leases, complete paperwork, input accurate data into PM System.
- Upload documents, maintain resident profiles, record communications.
- Record daily inspections and distribute notices via the property app.
- Maintain accurate commission records for bonus calculations.
- Assist management with additional tasks as required.
- Consistently implement community policies.
- Handle calls and visits, listen to resident needs, and address concerns.
- Record maintenance requests and inform the maintenance team.
- Communicate with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Contribute to community cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Assist in planning and host resident functions as directed.
- Conduct outreach marketing to attract prospective residents.
- Advise residents of referral incentives.
- Maintain signage and promotional materials.
- Distribute newsletters, pamphlets, flyers.
- Perform market surveys and assess competing communities.
- Fair Housing Certification required.
- Strong community team support and collaboration.
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Proficiency with telephone, iPad, computer, Microsoft Office, community software, resident portal, and social media.
- Positive attitude, must smile under all circumstances.
- Complete required training as per laws.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum two years of relevant customer service experience.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to employee handbook expectations.
- Resolve customer concerns without escalation.
- Pass a drug test.
- High School Diploma or better required
. - Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher preferred

- Sales or customer service experience required; property management industry experience preferred.
- Proficient user of email, internet, and web‑based applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, and the public.
- Above‑average organizational and verbal skills.
- Basic mathematical skill proficiency.
- Strong customer service and marketing skills.
