Alpha Graphics currently has an opening for a full‑time Retail Customer Service Representative.

Working in this position you will be responsible for greeting all walk‑in clients and working directly with them to accomplish their goals and objectives, responding to client emails, generating estimates and job tickets, answering the phone and routing calls, as well as contacting clients when orders are ready for pickup. Although these are the primary responsibilities for this position, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

• 1 year print sales experience required (Retail customer service positions like Office Depot, Staples, Fed Ex Office, Minuteman Press, Allegra, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
• A genuine desire to meet the customer's needs
• Persuasive and goal driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem solving and solutions oriented
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
• Relationship and consultative sales experience helpful
• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships
• Familiarity with standard computer software programs
• Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
• Print Smith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
