Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full move‑in experience for new residents.
  • Process all new rental applications, including running background checks.
  • Prepare and type all new lease paperwork and related documents.
  • Schedule move‑in dates and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth arrival and move‑in experience.
  • Conduct final walk‑throughs of apartments prior to resident move‑in.
  • Audit lease agreements, renewal documents, and resident files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries from residents and prospective tenants.
  • Provide property tours for applicants who have leased and want to view their unit.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and the sales office to support communication and satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with current residents to promote retention and deliver a personalized service experience.
  • Assist On‑Site Manager and team as needed, including leasing and community paperwork, touring community, cross‑training new hires, assisting with resident needs, and policy compliance.
  • Work with other employees to maintain a successful‑customer service experience.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of leasing and fair housing compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.
  • A hospitality mindset balancing warmth, accountability, and professionalism in every interaction.
